The Human Capital Partner (HCP) was founded by an experienced finance professional with a passion for uplifting the Corporate Training culture in the country and to develop the finance professionals in order to uplift the standing of the profession by helping finance professionals to achieve greater heights beyond a “bean 5 CK in Action with Web BG1counter” to “a co-pilot or the pilot” of businesses.
Having fast tracked the career ladder to serve at senior leadership positions of world class multinational organizations as well as local blue chips, both in the state sector and private sector, at a relatively younger age, while gaining a vast amount of hands on experience and exposure, he decided to re-define the corporate training culture and fill the vacuum in the Sri Lankan job market in terms of skill set gap between what is available and what is expected by the organizations. HCP attempts to address three broader issues.
