Hardware & Networking one Day Workshop.

With roots going back to the year 2000, ESOFT has today grown to be the largest private sector education network in Sri Lanka due to the extensive coverage that we have via our branch network which includes ESOFT Metro Colleges, ESOFT Regional Campuses, and ESOFT Metro Campuses. Initially starting with IT and Computing, today ESOFT has grown in to a diversified education provider in the fields of ICT & Computing, Business & Management, Engineering, and English. ESOFT is Accredited by the BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT, and also by Edexcel (UK). We are also the Strategic Partner of London Metropolitan University, UK to exclusively offer their undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Sri Lanka. ESOFT is also a Collaborative Partner of the University of Moratuwa and is also the largest course provider for the BIT Degree of the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC)
The programme aims at providing hardware technicians with a versatile knowledge in the computer hardwarefield. For practical sessions, a separate lab has been provided to enable students to get hands-on training on assembling and disassembling of different types of PC’s, Troubleshooting, Formatting, installing and configuring Windows XP, Windows 2008 server, Windows 7 & Linux, etc. Main Objective of this course is to establish Computer Hardware Technicians who are capable of configuring computer system for usage starting from identifying customer requirements through giving a lifelong service to a customer.
