The Gateway Graduate School was founded in 2008, keeping in line with
the vision of the renowned educationist late Mr. R.I.T Alles, former
Chairman of the Gateway Group, in order to provide the opportunity to
students to complete industrial recognized degrees and diplomas, at an
affordable price in Sri Lanka or transfer reputed foreign universities.
Chairman of the Gateway Group, Dr. Harsha Alles, initiates
their recent affiliations with the University of Nottingham, Malaysia
and the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, which would widen the
scope for students to complete the Foundation year and/or the first year
of study in Sri Lanka and complete the degree in highly ranked
universities.
