Digital Marketing is the new "thing",
and small and medium companies in Sri Lanka fail to recognize the value
of it. They feel that it's a waste of time and money to invest in it.
They are more focused on traditional marketing or "if you have something
good, people will come".
According to a survey done by Clutch (US based research Co) interviewed 350 small business owners and mangers and found out that they spend a majority of their marketing budget on Digital Marketing.
If small and medium businesses in Sri Lanka want to compete with their much larger counter parts, they need to evolve and stay ahead of the competition. The same can be said for Larger Corporates as well.
Therefore the Certificate in Digital Marketing will provide a sound foundation to a future in Digital Marketing.
